SHORT WORKOUT BUT IT WILL PAY OFF IN THE LONG RUN

It was upperbody pressing movements today. Bench I did 7 sets of 3, with 225, last set I almost hit failure. Went straight to dips and pumped out 3 sets of 10, which I went down slow on the negative and exploded up as fast as possible on the pos. Then did some military dumbbell presses, 3 sets of 8. Blasted out some side laterals and then some tricep pressdowns and I was done! I made sure to count my rest time in between sets, nothing over 60 seconds. Ended up being a very intense workout! Reason I wanted it fast though was so I could go hunting because today was the last day of rifle season and I hadn't shot a deer yet sooo yeah. I went out and shot myself a doe! And the majority of the meat is mine too! I won't have to worry bout buying meat for a while unless I realllly want something different. Venison is awesome because its lowfat, and very high in protein and nutrients since well its from the wild. Woooo gettin big was never so much fun before!
