OK WORKOUT

Chest/Shoulders/Tris today. Wasn't all to bad. I singled 300, def couldn't do more. Barely got it. My butt also came up like halfway through. Not happy bout it. But I did it. I'm also taking mondays workout and not doing any chest stuff because I have a slight pain in my left pec towards the outside that I think should get an extra few days of rest before I hit it heavy again on Thursday. Did a lot of medial delt work though. I want to look wider in the shoulders and I def think that would help. Lats are thickening up nicely I noticed :D. All the pulldowns, pullups and other sorts of exercises seem to be helping. Deadlifting tomorrow. Back on the road to 500 I think. Might as well strive for something right?
