OH YEAHHH

Singled 305 yesterday for bench at a bw of 200 lbs :D. Most I have ever done. I have a good feeling about competitions this summer! Did a workout calle the bench matrix... basically you do a set of 8 a set of 5 a set of 3, then 3 singles and then a set of 5. The singles were all supposed to be at 290 but 290 flew up wayyy easy so I kept adding weight. I think if I actually maxed out I could possibly hit 310 right now. Weight is staying off from that diet too, even though I didn't do the full thing. Actually starting to drop again now that I am more active at work. So yeah, basically things are going good. School is out for me as of tomorrow so I have more time to focus on the gym. I see some sweet gains this summer now knowing how to eat better and train better than I ever have. But yeah, gotta get studying, big physiology final tomorrow.

hey,
just saw your page. Congrats on 305! I just put up 300 2 weeks ago seems sorta scary when ya put the "3" in front of the other two numbers haha. Im really new to this site and havent been able to spend alot of time on it so Im still getting the hang out it. saw you and I are the same age though seein your pic your a good size bigger than me. Just curious what excercises have worked for you for bulking up your shoulders? I do alot of bench (flat, incline, decline) military presses, flys, cross overs.
also, what does beta alanine do?
