MY RELEASE
Thats what working out is. A release, of all the stress and all the crap I go through every week. A place where I feel myself more than anywhere else. This past week has been a tough one due to work and the stress of school. I have one big exam coming up on wednesday that if I don't pass, I'm pretty sure I'm screwed for the class. But I have been studying a crapton so hopefully I'll full through with at least a C! On to the workout... it was really freaken good! Pullups felt a little easier, and my flat bench is going up, I put up three sets of 225x8. Which is unusual. Got an amazing pump too. Run was also really good. Felt like I really pumped up the intensity, did an extra two minutes also. Going to try to add a few minutes every week. It's also starting to get warmer out too so that means no more boring indoor track running :D. Things are lookin up!

I appreciate your advice about improving grip strength and flexibility. What is your max around?
