MY PRIZED POSESSION MY BACK

I use it for work, plus its probably my favorite muscle grouping to work other than my legs. Todays workout, spectacular. I found an exercise that I can really feel... pulldowns with the rope. I actually got a pump in my lats! Thats very rare so I find that to be kinda cool. Granted pump isn't a good indicator that a muscle is being worked well but I sure do feel it after. Biceps went pretty well with it but I feel my wrist starting to bug me again, people have been buying a lot of drywall at the home depot latley and I have been the one stuck loading it so my wrists have been getting a lot of stress latley. I need to find a good pair of wrist wraps. Those usually take the stress off of them. But yeah, tomorrow is chest/shoulders/tris basically I bench, weighted dips, DB Shoulder presses, some laterals and some high rep tri extensions. Should be a good workout!

I know lats sometimes takes awhile for me to get a pump too.But the machine i use really gets them pumped!A long time ago i used to work at the Depot.Boy did i hate working every wkend!!
