LIGHT WEIGHT BABY LIGHT WEIGHT
Yep, thats how it went for squats today. I just put 135 on there and my last set I just repped out as many as I could, didn't count the reps however. Boy did that put me in a sweat though. I am also getting my clean form down too, I can create that shelf now when I catch the bar so that all the weight isn't resting on my wrists. So yeah good stuff there. Also found a way to reduce the pain on the hip flexor: shortening my stance to about shoulder width, maybe a little less. But yeah, overall good workout. I was pouring sweat by the end of the squats. Plus I completley destroyed my calves. I will work them again Friday.
