KNEE PAIN

Kinda died down today, I have been stretching it more and iced it a few times last night and will today. I did squats and a few other leg exercises today, actually made it feel better. I don't know if it's just weather related or what but the exercise made it feel better. I didn't go heavy on squats either just to be safe. Kept it at 185 and pumped out sets of 15, still was a killer workout and got me sweating and got my quads burning like heck. Good workout, pressing movements tomorrow!

I like doing plenty sets of squats until I can't walk anymore. How many sets did you do of 15?
