INTENSITY
Its time to turn it up! Last couple of workouts I have done that. I lowered my rest time down to either 1 minute or 45 seconds in between sets, and boy does it have an effect. Sweatin harder, breathing harder, and each set just feels like its hitting the target muscles that much more. Good feeling if I say so myself. Yesterday I put up the 80's for 7 again... hoping for 8 next week. Just finished my back/bi workout and it was pretty darn good. Just repped off 315 for sets of 10, with a minute rest in between sets. I was pouring sweat by the end of the 2nd, out of four. Things are def looking good though, stomach is starting to flatten out, just waiting for those pesky lovehandles to start shrinking. Also, my endurance is getting better. I have about 6 weeks until that 5k and Ithink I'm going to be more than ready, at least for myself. I can't say that I'm a good runner, becuase well... I'm not a runner lol. But its more a challenge of myself than anything else. So yeah, hope everyone here is doing well and that everyone has a great weekend. Work for me!

I have never attempted to run a 5K, but I know its a hard run. I wish you success in that.
