I KNOW TWO BLOGS IN ONE DAY

But leg workout was great! My last set I doubled 315 for a full squat pretty easily. Next week I will try to add more reps, at least 4. I have been having back/hip problems for months from overuse at work so I have been getting back into leg training the last month and it has been great. I started doing full squats instead of hitting parallel and it actually makes my back/hip feel better. Also, my knees feel better than ever. Todays leg workout was pretty good though. Once I get my squat weight up there I will take some vids for you guys.
