I AM SOOOO CONFUSED RIGHT NOW
My lats are sore and I didn't even work them yesterday. I'm supposed to work them later on with my dad but I am not sure now since they are already sore. I guess I could do biceps and maybe some leg/posterior chain work. Some powercleans and maybe some high rep deadlifts... and biceps still since those aren't sore and I still need to work them.
