DEADLIFTIN

Good workout today. Gym was packed though... really annoys me having to wait for stuff but hey I'm at least there. Deadlifted to start things off. Did conventional for most of my sets, put up 315x4 then 365x2 then 385x1. After that I did one set of sumo and did 385x6, I'm pretty sure I'll be up over 400 again for reps within a month or even a few weeks. Its the movement that really made my back what it is and I really need to start hitting it hard again. Barbell rows went well too, finished with 185 for 7 on my last set and got it for 8 the two sets before. Goin 195 next week. Kills after the deadlifts. Can't say I like their seated row machine though, feels like I'm pulling up a little too much instead of pulling horizontal, which is what I want. Added some curls in there to finish things up. Overall good workout. Sweated like crazy.
