DAY 4
24 more days to a better body! I can truthfully say that it isn't all that bad. As long as I'm not around too much food I am fine. I bought some branched amino acids yesterday and I think that has helped me a bit. I feel a little more energized with that. Next up is a B vitamin complex possibly... if you think that wouldn't be good, tell me! So my first meal is coming up for my healthy meal. Here is a list of options that I am choosing from (restaraunts or home cooked meals)
1. Chinese food (steamed broccoli and chicken) so its still relatively healthy, not fried.
2. 6" subway sub, turkey on wheat lettuce green peppers and mustard as a dressing since mustard has little to no calories. No mayo.
3. Venison Steak and mixed veggies (I would cook this myself)
4.Tunafish sanwich with low fat mayo and a fruit.
I would def like to see your opinions on this.
