CHEST
Mine is pumped all to greatness right now... well not greatness but for me, pretty good. I have been sticking to the doing db incline before benching and focusing so much on flat bench thing and I think I'm getting some growth out of it! I know I am because I can't wear some of my shirts that I could previously, they are too tight in the chest and arms... and slightly tigther in the stomach. I'll take the good with the bad though. I start the velocity diet sometime within a few weeks here hopefully. Hoping to shred a good 15 lbs with that. If you don't know what it is... it's basically protein shakes for 4 weeks. Sounds crazy and dumb right?
Well... the person who created the diet also made sure to include things in the diet to keep the dieter from going crazy and to also keep them healthy through the four week stint, aka taking in many healthy fats in the form of flax seed and fishoil. Also making sure to take BCAA's and a mulitvitamin to preserve all that muscle previously gained. It is basically a low carb diet with a few different changed. I'm adding a few things in though, a supplement called Perfect Food, which is basically ground up vegetables and fruits so I can keep my nutrient levels good and keep myself from being deficient in anything. It is def going to be one hell of a ride so yeah, I will keep you guys updated on it when I start and I will def take pictures of my progress because its supposed to burn a lot of fat...fast!

Working my chest is the hardest area for me. I don't know why...I just can't seem to bench very well at all. Oddly enough I don't really feel it in my chest, more in my shoulders. Do you think it's because my shoulders are that much weaker than my chest?
