CARDIO IS GOOD
I haven't even been doing it regularly but it has def gotten better. I'm only doing 20 mins at a time but I try to keep the intensity up quite a bit (at least for me, I'm def not a runner) I'm down to 198ish so thats good. Its coming off sooo slow compared to before. But, ab defention is starting and I'm excited about that. I figure by the end of the fourth week I should have some half way defined abs. I can do the fine tuning after the diet is finsihed and I can up the calories a bit... maybe to about 2400 or so. Also up the cardio to two days a week of endurance and then two sprint days. That means I can up the protein too, to about 240 grams per day, which I think would def make a difference in strength and overall muscle maintaining. I would def like to level off at about 190 though... I think my bodyfat will be low enough by then. Hopefully. I don't like droppign below that. If thats the case though, I'll just start gainin muscle again! Which I did a decent job at that over the past winter. Work time folks...
