AHH
I didn't think I was going to make it up the stairs after my leg workout. I started with squats, did 135, 225, 275, then did 3x315 3x325 and finally 4x345, after that did two sets of 10 with 225 to finish up that. I was still feelin decent. Did some powercleans, just 3 sets of 135, I'm getting better at my catch. I think by just doing them once or twice a week I will be able to get some wrist flexibility and be able to catch a lot more so not all the stress is on my wrists but partially on my shoulder, chest shelf area like it is supposed to be. After I get that down, I'm going to focus on learning how to front squat from that position. Did three sets of lunges, last set to failure holy crap did that burn. Then did the leg press showed up the kids who were doing their quarter presses with 450 and did 12 full reps. Finished with some calve work to kill em off. The stairs were hell and it was a good feeling. Can't wait to see how work goes tomorrow, I have a full 8 hour shift lol. I'm outtie.
