WELL
I took a long vacation this summer. About a month to be exact. I have a hard time keeping on weight first off. I didn't have access to a gym either. So I lost 10 lbs unwillingly. Now I'm hitting the gym hard, sometimes twice a day, to get it back. I got back about a week and a half ago and I already have put back 3-4 lbs. My body tends to cut out lean muscle instead of gain mass. I do low reps of high weight to build mass (as I know low weight and high reps get you cut)..Hopefully my BCAA tablets as well as my Whey Protein will keep adding to me. I also need to increase calorie intake in my diet. I'm thinking about this peanut butter and oatmeal diet. Sounds high in protein and calories (not to mention tasty)

Have you tried ON Pro Complex or ON Pro Complex Gainer? It is a great product. They both have 60 grams of protein per serving. The gainer has 85 grams of carbs.

Never heard of the high pb and oatmeal diet? But too much of any good thing isn't usually good.. lol good luck man, watch over training!
