THE NEW NASTY MASSBUILDING WORKOUT


Hello All! I am into the second week of a "new" mass-building workout that is pretty special! I religiously change my routine every 4-6 weeks to keep the bod guessing, and within that basic cycle I will also alternate exercises and priority.
For example, here's my chest workout:

incline press reps: 6,6,8,10,12
flat bench db press 8,8,10,10,12
decline flyes 8,8,10,12
pec deck flyes 8,10,12

rest periods are 45-60 seconds

I am already seeing some initial results, and i am really sore for a day afterwards...sometimes more! I have also ramped up the protein intake to around 300 gm/day evenly spaced throughout the day....40 gm before workout, with an NO preworkout stack. Post workout, another 40 gm with another stack of cellmass(creatine). I'll have 1-2 other shakes throughout the day with my 3-4 meals.
