ITS HIGH INTENSITY TIME

Here we go, it's time for my quarterly high-intensity workout. I'll do this routine for a week, maybe 2, and then it's back to my mass routine for another couple months. Take a look and let me know what you think and/or what you might do for a "change of pace" routine!!

I do only 2 exercises per bodypart....here's an example of my chest routine:

Incline Bench 2 sets warmup
start with a weight you can do 10 reps with, say 220
drop the weight by 30%, and do 15 reps
drop another 30% and do 20 reps
rest 3 minutes

flat flyes start with a weight you can do 10 reps with
drop the weight by 30% and do 15 reps
drop the weight by 30% and do 20 reps

The pumps are CRAZY, and the soreness is INSANE........

For each bodypart, do one compound movement and one isolation. You also have additional time to hit abs a few extra times, or do some cardio.

Happy Thanksgiving!!
