SENIOR YEAR WORKOUT WEEK ONE TO WEEK 6

I took this different training routine from Muscle & Fitness. It's called the Training Trinity emphasizing what everybody wants:

1)Strength
2)Size
3)Endurance

It is a three-exercise sequence with a basic compound move, typically done with a heavy barbell for 5 reps. The second exercise, another basic move from a different angle uses dumbbells for 10 reps. The final exercise, which can be single-joint move done with cables, uses 20 reps. Here is an example of a chest workout:

Beginner's 5-10-20 Chest Routine

Bench Press 3x5
Flat-Bench Dumbbell Flye 3x10
Dumbbell Pullover 3x20

If you got experience, then you can try this version of it:

Advanced 5-10-20 Chest Routine

Incline Bench Press 5x5
Flat-Bench Dumbbell Press 5x10
Cable Crossover 5x20

You can even tri-set these exercises.
