INTENSE LEG DAY

Today was indeed a long day for me in many ways. This blog will chronicle my pre-workout meal, basic workout, post-workout meal, and what I did later in the day.


Pre-Workout Meal
30 grams of wheat isolate protein
60 grams of oats

Workout
Leg Extension 4x15
Leg Press 4x15
Squats 4x15
Lying Leg Curl 4x15
Stiff Leg Deadlift 4x15
Seated Leg Curl 4x15


Post-Workout Meal

40 grams of wheat isolate protein
80 grams from two carb sources which are oats and pineapples

I had to move a ton of stuff from my room in preparation for new hardwood floors to be installed tomorrow. My legs were already sore from the intense workout earlier in the day, but I did have enough energy to get the job done.
