MRMD2006'S BLOG ENTRY

AN UNFORTUNATE REALITY

Hello everyone. As dissapointing as it is for me to post this, I feel it important to let anyone following me know what is going on with me and my training. I have realized that bodybuilding, at this point in my life, will take the spot on the backburner for me. As embarassing as it is to admit, I can no longer afford the essential supplementation to get my body where it needs to be. It is because of this, that i officialy retire from the NPC and any events help by NPC. The silver lining is that as bodybuilding is a lifestyle for me, I will continue to bodybuild, but naturaly. No, I'm not going to be the next dexter jackson, as long as this recession is ongoing, I will be a natural bodybuilder. This is a major blow to my ego, and well as the hype i built up along the way, but it is the reality of my situation, and there is nothing that can be done at this time to remedy it. I will continue my posts, but dont expect to see crazy weights and 23" arms in any of my blog titles... those days I think may be behind me. I will keep all updated on my progress, and apologise to those who were following me.

I was sad to read this. Not because you'll be retiring from the NPC but because of how down you sound and are stating being embarrased. You have a lot to be proud of and will still look amazing without the "supplementation". I am happy for you and hope you pick your head up soon. There are a lot of great natural federations who would love to have you.

I understand totally. I had to make the same type of decesion a few years back to stop competiting. It was tough because it becomes your way of life. A few of my frinds to the natural shows, and they look GREAT. It looks like the have the genetics in place wich is half the battle. WHo knows, maybe you will kick butt in that arena. :-)
