MUCH BETTER

For the past couple of months, my training and diet have been a little inconsistent. Fatigue had started to set in. My routine started at 4:45am. I'd wake up, drink a shake, get everthing ready for the day, get to the gym at 5:45am, train until 7:00am, shower, and be at work by 7:30am. I leave work everyday, Monday through Friday, at 6:00pm. Then, I pretty much never feel like doing anything once I get to the house. So...I decided to change things up.

Last week I started going to the gym immediately after work. It gave me a chance to get plenty of rest, stay in tune with my diet, which led to intense and thorough training sessions. I can already tell, this is going to be good for me and even my family. This way my evenings are well spent at home.

That does sound much better. I think the only thing you should do in the morning is cardio during pre-contest. After a full day of meals your training at night only benefits in both intensity and gaining ability. I know that sometimes schedule dictates when you can get to the gym so I think it's great that you are able to find what works best for you. Good Luck!
