ELBOW PAIN
As of late, I've been having some trouble when training triceps. For some odd reason it never hurts during any press movements.(bench, shoulder, etc.) However, when it comes to arm day, it's been difficult to do much heavy lifting with triceps. Especially when doing overhead extensions. Sometimes my left elbow hurts even when doing barbell curls. It comes with the territory I know, it just gets a little annoying.
Other than that my training has been really good. After changing my workout time to the afternoon, it has made a big difference both mentally and physically. The diet has been a bit sketchy, but I'm making adjustments.
