LOYALT'S BLOG ENTRY
TO EXPRESS ONESELF COMPLETELY UNIQUELY AND TOTALLY
A person in quest of a better physique should aim for nothing less than physical perfection. These characteristics include great strength, quickness, flexibility, exuberant health, and the stunning beauty of muscular form that characterize a physically perfect human body. While there are certain anatomical and physiological features that may vary among individuals, every human body is essentially the same according to the laws of human physiology. The stimulus that brings a bigger, more defined and stronger muscle in one person will bring about a similar response in you. And though these variations do exist, they exist within a very limited and measurable range. This is because every human being is essentially the same, both anatomically and physiologically. Due to these facts, you cannot, and should not compare your physique, to someone elses and expect the same physical appearance as a result of your efforts. You must aim to be the best that YOU, as an individual, can be. Genetic variations among individuals such as bone length, muscle-fiber density, and neuromuscular efficiency, make it physiologically impossible to make your biceps comparable to that of a young Larry Scott in his hey-day, or your abs similar to those of Dexter Jackson's. This is what makes every human being unique, each in our own way. We must express ourselves as separate, and unique individuals.
As a human being, you should strive to perfect your physique to your full genetic potential, and to view each training session as a learning experience, and as an opportunity for improvment to take your physique to a new level. You must not sell yourself short by slacking off in your training or underestimating what your TRUE capabilites are. You must be willing to find out what your truly capable of, and willing to constantly exceed your level and go beyond those plateaus, instead of settling for what you already know you can accomplish. You must not put limits on what you can do, be it physically or anything else for that matter. You must believe that there are NO limits. It is like you are on a quest to express the full potential of your body, and there are no rules or boundaries that prevent you from getting there, just obstacles that you must overcome. Everyday is an opportunity in which you can improve youself physically and mentally, and only you have the choice of seizing the opportunity to take the step closer to reaching your potential and progress, or you can refuse the opportunity and deteriorate your progress.
