NEW PERSONAL RECORDS

After doing the German Volume Training for a month, the weights have increased in all my lifts and I did gain a couple of pounds as well. Heres my new personal bests:

Dumbbell Incline Press
Previous best: 100lbs for 2 with spotter
New best: 120lbs for 1 rep myself, 2nd rep with a little spot

Squats
Previous best: 275lbs for 3 reps ass to grass.
New best: 315 for 3 reps ass to grass no spotter, 365lbs for 2 reps no spotter

Lunges
Previous best: 30 steps with 65lbs
New best: 30 steps with 100lbs

Leg Press
Previous best: 1140lbs 12 reps (13th rep with hands on knees)
New best: 1240lbs for 10 reps (NO hands on knees)

Dumbbell Curls
Previous best: 35lbs for 10 reps
New best: 45lbs for 10 reps

Dumbbell Lateral Raises
Previous best: 25lbs for 10
New best: 35lbs for 10

these are the ones that I've really wanted to improve on. I didnt work triceps much due to the fact that I had tendonitis in my left elbow which was due to a muscular imbalance (tricep stronger than bicep) which felt painful during chest pressing movements. so i focused on my left bicep only for about a month and the pain is gone =].
