LOYALT'S BLOG ENTRY
LEANING DOWN WEEKS 8 AND 9
I cannot say it enough, George Farah really knows what he's talking about. Every week my body is looking bigger yet leaner. Even though my went down at first but has gone up a bit, my physique is looking better. I have a lot of energy during my workouts and if I miss a meal, I can really feel the difference. When I'm on point with my diet, I feel like a finely tuned machine. Big props to George! I cannot thank him enough.
Well heres what the new diet looks like. The carbs have started dropping little by little from each meal, and now I cant wait to see what happens! Today was the first day of the diet (8/15/08). I'll let you all know how it goes in another 2 weeks.
Diet:
M#1 10 eggs white 2 yolks / 1.5 cups oatmeal.
M#2 6 oz. chicken / 1.5 cups rice / 1cup broccoli
M#3 8 oz. 95% lean ground beef / 8 oz. potato.
M#4 7 oz. chicken / 1.5 cups rice /1 cup broccoli.
M#5 8 oz. chicken / 8 oz. yam / large salad
M #6 50 grams Casein protein / 1/4 cup raw cashews
Cardio is still at 3 x's per week for 20 mins. I usually mix it up with basketball, elliptical machine, jump rope, or heavy bag work. Whatever it is, I just try to make it as intense as I can.
