THE GOAL FROM WEIGHTLIFTER TO BODYBUILDER
This year I didn't bother making a New Years resolution, (Or maybe I did but was too drunk to remember), instead I made a lifestyle change.
Its funny how someone can spend so much of their life, stuck in a rut. Walking into a gym, lifting like the guy next to me, and wondering why I never acheive my goals. Diet and intensity never really played much of a role then. Lift, eat healthy, and drink protein..simple enough right?
Well, that's done and here is where I am now:
My Goal: Lean Muscle Gain (of course)
My Dream: To Compete
My Diet:
Breakfast= Eggs and oatmeal
Shortly there after= Whey Protein
Lunch= Salad consisting of Spring greens, olives, walnuts, tuna, toasted almonds
Dinner= Tilapia (breading= coconut, ginger, and garlic or lemon pepper and italian breadcrumbs) and a veggy
Late night= Casein
Preworkout= Whey Protein, BCAA, Creatine
During= Vassive-NO
Post=Whey Protein, BCAA, Creatine
I try to eat shortly after workout because I realize that is when my body can use the carbs the most. I also pop some Glutamine right before I'm done working out, and tribulus during most meals.
Each week I have added or intensified my training. I started Jan 3rd going 2-3 times a week and only took Whey. Now I go 5 times a week and have my own drug store (I finally bought the NO today).
Hard work will pay off.
