UPDATE

I just got back from Greensboro, NC. The weather was good all the way up until I was about the run. I got second in the 400. My coach was happy with my time, I ran faster than I did last week. I looked back at my race and my practices from last year, and I was training for the 400. I'm running faster now than I did last year, and I'm not even training for the 400. I feel really good, Im headed to Iowa for Drake Relays this week. I am looking forward to this weekend. It should be some really good competition. I will keep you guys posted.
