STARTING TO FEEL BETTER ABOUT MYSELF

I know it just isnt me. I knew it was going to be hard getting back into the swing of things. After two weeks i'm finally starting to feel good about myself. I'm trying to mentally prepare myself for tomorrow, you know it's Monday. I have a few aches and pains but I have been taking my Glutamine and the rest of my supplements and I feel preety good. Well you know i'm not as young as I use to be. I know people say feelig old is a state of mind, so I guess I don't feel that bad. I just wanted to drop you all a line to check in. I pray that everyone is doing well. I have a competition coming up this weekend April 4-5 in Gainesville. I'm only running relays, so i still have a little bit of time before my first open race. As always thanks for listening.
