RAINED OUT AT THE RELAYS
Hello everyone,
Just got back from Gainesville, Florida. The Univerity of Florida had thier annual track meet this weekend "The Florida Relays" It was hot, and humid, and it rained off and on all the past couple of days. They had to cancle the rest of the meet today because a storm came through. I ran two relays, 4x200 meter relay, and the 4x100. I was excited to run the 4x100 meter relay, because I was running with my roommate and teammate reinging World Indoor Champion in the 60meters Angela Williams. We ran really good today. Our Coach was pleased. Yesterday was a longer day for me, but I remembered to to bring my Glutamine, and my ZMA. When you have more than one race and there over a couple of days you need all of the help you can get to be able to recover and bounce back. You put your body through so much everday, we beat and tear our bodies down. I'm a little tired and my knee hurts other than that I feel great!!!!! We head out to Univ. of Miami next week. I finally get to open up in my individual event. I will run the 100meter hurdles and the 200. I wil keep everyone posted. Have a good night.
