KEEPING YOU GUYS UPDATED
Hello everyone,
It has been crazy around here since my last post. I ran this past weekend in Miami. I had to run the 400meters. I wasnt too happy about that, my knee has been bothering me for awhile now. It really hurts to hurdle right now. It's easier to just run than try to jump over 10 hurdles. I leave on Thurs for Greensboro, NC. I will be running the 400 and 200, after todays work out I am looking forward to running this. Im really happy that my training is going well. I know I am in the best shape my life physically and mentally. I will keep you guys updated.
