FIRST ENTRY

I've been working out for about 9 months now. My starting weight was 280lbs now i'm 192lbs shooting to get to a bulky 185. Basically im looking to replace all my fat with muscle. I've been on about a 1800 to 2200 calorie diet a day shooting for about 50 grams or less of fat 220 grams of protein and about 150 grams of carbs for the last 2 weeks, haven't seen any results weight wise but im feeling good.

My lifting schedule

Sunday- Chest
Tuesday- Back and Biceps
Wendsday- Shoulders and triceps
Thursday- Chest
Friday- Legs

Theres some things i know i should probably change but this is what ive been doing for 2 weeks and plan on doing it for another week or so and switching it up.

yea man i thought it was kinda weird to loose that much so fast especially since i did barley any cardio to what i was suppose to be doing
