WHERE DID MY MOTIVATION GO
This journey to getting ready for a show has been one of the most frustrating preps to date. My drive is up and down and I feel I am working harder at the gym with fewer results than what I have seen in the past. It's been difficult to keep the motivation up and the energy in the routine. I do love performing, but something feels off this time around. I can't quite put a finger on it...but, it's like a thorn in my spine.
Pushing through these last few weeks and sometimes I feel like just can't pull it together...but, I am still trying....

It's alright, Girl. We alllll get like this from time to time. Heck, I just got out of it a few weeks ago myself! i think after you push yourself to the limit for so long, you need a good break. Stay strong these last couple weeks and look forward to your "good break" right around the corner! :)

STAY STRONG Kristina. This too shall pass. I know first hand there is nothing that I, or anyone, can really say to make you get over this hump - but just keep on truckin'! Like Jen said, we ALLLL get like this. Your motivation and energy WILL return. You are almost there sweetheart! :0)

Hi Kristina, I know what you mean. Though I've never prepared for a contest, I sometimes have trouble with my motivation, especially when I'm starting my workout on a cold morning and I'm staring at the squat rack. (I hate squats.) Good luck!
