NITROCORE 24 CINNAMON

Just wanted to say thanks once again to RA for choose'n me to test out the new nitrocore 24 protein. I was amazed that it came so quickly! Was kinda like x-mas yesterday comming home to the box waiting for me on the fron porch. Let's just say I didn't waste any time try'n it out. I used a scoop last night over the top of my sugar free vanilla ice cream, talk about a treat! It is prolly the best taste'n protein that I've had in a long time....even though my ON casein choclate comes in a very close second. This morn'n I had a scoop as soon as I woke pre workout to give my body a qucik fix, and a slow release of proteins during my workout. I took 2 scoops with me in a shaker cup to have between meals this afternoon.....mixed awsome, and tasted great with just water. The only thing I'm a little surprised about is the carb content...It does have 13 grams of carbs per serving, so for myself I'm using it as a meal replacement. I'm gonna sit down tomorrow and figure out a new diet plan, and I'll let you all know how and when I'm gonna use it in my daily nutrition plan. So far so good! Any advice from the big boys on when to use it for the greatest results would be greatly appreicated! As of now I'm gonna have 1 scoop am pre workout, 2 scoops afternoon as a meal, n 1 scoop before bed.

no, but 26 grams is for me in my afternoon meal when I take 2 servings. I take 211 recovery after my workout, then an hour later have a meal with around 40-60 grams of carbs.
