IF THIS DOESNT MOTIVATE YOU I DONT KNOW WHAT WILL
Hey guys....I've needed all the motivation I can possibly get these past few years. This site and all of you out there have inspired me more than ever! Nothing is gonna stand in my way of all my goals in life. It may have take'n me 30 years to start follow'n through with my dreams, but now there is no look'n back! I ran across an article in a musclemag issue also that I wanted to share.......
No matter how tough your life may seem, there are always people out there who care about you. Let them be your strength when you need them the most. Whether the support comes from your wife or husband, girlfriend or boyfriend, mom or dad, brother or sister, son or daughter, or simply a friend, those people are there for you in times of need. And when they need you, return the favor.
Each and every workout is a gift, not something you have to do. Believe me, I lost the ability to train hardcore for over a year. While you are driving to the gym for your next workout, don't think, "I gotta workout" Instead, think "I get to workout" Unfortunately many people because of either an accident or an illness, will never be able to pursue a life of physical fitness again. I am reminded of this sad fact every time I walk threw the waiting room at my dcotor's office. I came across a great saying many years ago....Those who do not read have no advantage over those who cannot read. I embrace this philosophy and have altered it slightly, sharing it with many of my training clients. Those who do not workout have no advantage over those who cannot workout. So next time you crawl under the squat rack or lie under the bench press bar (whether you have 600lbs on there, or 60) know that you are among the blessed, never forget that.
Till my next bit of motivation, Train like there is no tomorrow, you never know...there may not be! God bless you all

Thanks for motivating me. I'm a little worn-out today, but I've gotta...er... I get to workout tonight ;)
Seriously, this does make me look forward to blasting arms tonight.
