KORJER2003'S BLOG ENTRY
BEEN AWHILE
Hey guys n gals, it's been awhile since I posted a blog....so here it is. Right now I'm kinda just mess'n around right now in the gym, and on the diet side of things. I'm still hit'n one body part per day and eat'n 5-6 meals, just not as clean as I'd like them to be. I have been getting stronger, but I've noticed a lil loss of defination too...wich doesn't make a whole lot of sence cause I'm still right around 170..it could be because I haven't been tan'n in awhile either. But anyway, my goal for the new year is to take jan and feb to see how cut I can get..then go from there. I wanna see if I really can get into contest shape and to judge how I will look when by bodyfat is really low. From there I'm gonna get some opinions on what to work on from some people like Joe, Ben, Vic, Brad...etc...From there I'd love to do John Hansen's show next April. I was gonna do one in April in Ottawa IL, but a few people told me to pass on that one cause It isn't drug tested. Doesn't really matter to me..I'd love to go in natural like I have always been and whoop up on some juiced up guys, but...lol It's would only be my first show ever, so...I think I need to do a trial run on a few things before I jump into something. There is just soooo much that needs to be fine tuned before u compete...diet, posing, etc....Acutally I never posed a day in my life or know anything about it! lol...Anyway, sorry I'm ramble'n..I'm gonna start the "game over" diet by Marc Lobliner and Derek Charlebois from Scivation the first of the year, I'll keep everyone posted on how it works n how I feel. Training wise..I'm not really sure yet what I'm gonna do....Wait'n to see what someone puts together for me, then kinda fine tune it from there. Well everyone thats about it for now...I hope all is well for everyone and that each n everyone of you have a great holiday season. You will all be in my thoughts and prayers!

hey korj don't be afraid to do an NPC show, it will come down to conditioning about 85% of the time, you come in shredded you can stand next to just about anyone on a state level show, I had about 3 natural guys from my gym compete at beverly's northern kentucky contest last march and all of them placed top 5 in the open, one guy placed 2nd in the lightweight class, but they all did exceptionally well in an untested show.. CONDITIONING KILLS BRO!
