JT'S BLOG ENTRY
NEW BEGINNINGS
After a short break due to work issues/temporary transfers and hour changes I'm back in the gym.
During this time I was losing motivation due to not being around the element and my focus and drive dwindled. I then went to a local bodybuilding show and saw Nick Palermo compete. I also met John Hansen. These two things gave me a new spark of motivation, and with changing some things around (it was difficult) I am back on track and back in the gym hitting it as hard as ever.
After reading countless bodybuilding and fitness magazines and attempting routines outlined in these magazines I saw minimal progress and found myself to be tired most of the time. I recently received John Hansens "Natural Bodybuilding" book, and gave it a good serious read. I have re-tooled my workout with help from this book and I must say so far so good.
I will use this blog to keep records of my workouts and nutrition. This is the one thing about bodybuilding that I find tedious, but I know is necessary. I'm thinking that doing it here might take away that unwanting to keep such journals.
To John Hansen: Thank you for taking time to talk to me in the gym when Nick introduced me to you, and it was great seeing you at the show. Also thank you for pointing me to this place. You are an inspiration.
