4 WEEKS
WOW what a week the last 7 days have been.
I first have to say Congratulations to my girlfriend Catherine Holland who won her height class at the NPC Jr. USA this past weekend. She looked great, and barely missed her pro card, coming in third in the overall. This is remarkable considering she has never placed higher than 16th in a national level show. Baby i am so proud of you!!!
Congrats also to Joe who took 6th in his weight class, you looked great bro. Also congrats to Joe's wife Jess who did win a pro card taking second in the overall for figure!!! Great weekend guys!
For my show prep, i had to regroup after hearing last wednesday that FAME IDOL was cancelled! At first i was crushed, only 2.5 weeks left and my show is cancelled...you can imagine my frustration. Well after taking time to see what other shows were coming up, i found out there is an NPC show in DC, about 40 minute from my house. I signed up for this one, and actually I am even more motivated now than before to bring my best package!
Training and dieting are going great, ive been stronger and able to handle the diet better after the motivational weekend!
The next 5 weeks hold big things, i am so excited!!!

It was great hanging with you at the show and watching our ladies get up there and kick some butt.
