CARDIO
So i was told i might want to introduce myself.
I normally don't like to do that.
I guess I will start out with my name is Johnny.
My goal is basically to get back to how i looked in High school when i was pitching, or better. I got lazy after my junior year and fell into some bad habits. I want to get below 10% body fat. I use to be at exactly 10%, and when i went into the gym the other day, I was at 17.5% which was a sad day for me. I had stopped being able to really get a good routine due to a demanding relationship, as well as work, all day, school at night, music on the nights i was off school, studio all weekend. It was hard for me to work back into the habit of going routinely. Since the beginning of April, and the end of my relationship, i have found much more time to focus on my fitness. Also, i have used my brother as a motivator. He is a football line backer, was in high school, and since then, he has fallen into a sloth state. I have started getting him to the gym as much as i can, dragging him reluctantly some time (though he asked me for my help and told me to do whatever necessary). But in a week i was able to have him drop 15 lbs on just cardio. I just struggle with him so much on the eating habits aspect.
