MY ROAD TO THE OLYMPIA WEEK ELEVEN
John experiences his worst week yet as he strains his back during a workout and continues working around his elbow and knee injuries. He does his best to treat the injuries as he gets ready to leave for Atlantic City on the weekend to cover the last pro bodybuilding show of the year before the Olympia.
MY ROAD TO THE OLYMPIA WEEK TEN
John is back from vacation and works to get back in shape while working around the tendonitis in his elbow and knee.
MY ROAD TO THE OLYMPIA WEEK NINE
John begins his workouts earlier this week because he is going away for the upcoming holiday weekend. He adds cardio to the workouts to speed up the fat loss with only 5 weeks left until the Olympia in Vegas.
MY ROAD TO THE OLYMPIA WEEK EIGHT
John tries to overcome all of his injuries this week as he stays on track to lose the fat and get in shape for Las Vegas in only 6 weeks.
MY ROAD TO THE OLYMPIA WEEK SEVEN
With seven weeks left until the trip to Vegas, John decides to add the new post-workout supplement, Waxy Maize, to the diet. He also begins tracking his progress through the use of the Skindex Bodyfat Calipers.
