John gets more strict with the diet (sort of) as he continues his preparation for his trip to Las Vegas to see the Mr. Olympia contest. The training intensity picks up as he adds a few new supplements to the nutrition program.

MY ROAD TO THE OLYMPIA WEEK ONE

John begins his diet and training program to whip his body into peak condition in time for the Mr. Olympia Event in Las Vegas on September 29th. For this first week, John increases the intensity of his workouts but his diet isn't quite as strict as it should be. After all, it would be unpatriotic not to celebrate the 4th of July, right?

SPRING BACK INTO SHAPE

Spring is in the air. You can see the trees starting to change, the sun sets later in the day and the temperature is slowly starting to rise. If you have spent the last six months hibernating inside your house, eating the wrong foods, and not getting enough (if any) exercise, the emergence of warmer weather and, yikes, swimsuit season could be a cause for panic.
