BAG WK 4

Today was a challenge and I felt sick after the widow-maker. I made it through the rest of the workout, but when I got to my care I puked up my during workout shake. It was pink waxy maize, bcaa, and Vassive EA8. That was a waste of a few $$$ LOL

BAG WK 3

This was one of the more productive weeks of training. I finally had no limitations and my hunger and motivation are back up to a consistent level. Since I had the post show rebound of 40+ bloated pounds, I've had to many aches and pains. I finally feel normal again, and ready to add a couple more pounds before starting my contest diet in February.

MY BATTLE AGAINST GRAVITY WK 1

I had planned on doing another exercise for back, but I was beat. LOL It felt good to go real heavy today. Most of the exercises I'm past last year's training weights so it's new training territory for me.

MY OFF SEASON PLAN SEPT 07

I only count my work set, not my warm up sets. I’ll do as many warm up sets I need before attempting my heavy sets. On leg days I may do 3-5 warm up sets, on shoulder days I may do 2 warm up sets. Warm up sets are not very taxing to my body. I don’t want to waist valuable energy and I’m only trying to get adjusted to the poundage’s as I increase. I would never get under 400+ pounds without doing sets with small increments.
