WK 8
We did a ON Demo in Columbia at a Golds Gym. It was an amazing place. Rumor has it that the facility cost $12 million to build. It had a pool with a retractable roof, spa, Starbucks, nutrition store, Smoothie Bar, 6 group class rooms, cardio upstairs with a personal training room, and a general gym...in the whole place there seems to be maybe 2 people that were not there for social reasons, but to improve their bodies. It was a good demo with traffic, but it seemed a lot of the info went over their heads, and they stared at me with blank looks as I was talking. LOL
WK 6
Arms are the body part I need to improve most, and they will NOT respond. I've tried everything from twice a week training, high volume training, low volume training, and rest pause training...at the end of the day genetics are frustrating!
WK 5
This week I decided not to do any rest pause or drop sets this week to allow for a little better recovery. I've noticed this week I've been sore longer then normal and I felt I needed it.
BAG WK 4
Today was a challenge and I felt sick after the widow-maker. I made it through the rest of the workout, but when I got to my care I puked up my during workout shake. It was pink waxy maize, bcaa, and Vassive EA8. That was a waste of a few $$$ LOL
BAG WK 3
This was one of the more productive weeks of training. I finally had no limitations and my hunger and motivation are back up to a consistent level. Since I had the post show rebound of 40+ bloated pounds, I've had to many aches and pains. I finally feel normal again, and ready to add a couple more pounds before starting my contest diet in February.
