16 WEEKS OUT JR USA
I haven't changed any of my meals, just the number of High, Medium, and Low carb days in the week. I'll be eating a lot next week, so to prepare for it I will have one high day and one medium day this week and the rest of the days will be low carb. I've increased my post workout cardio to 30 min each now.

Now the diet has started and of course you miss the off-season eating right off. Monday was a high day, so I had a lot of food, but I was still hungry without all the fat in my food. Today (Tuesday) is a medium carb day and I'm starving! LOL

I'll eating a ton of food this week to prepare myself for the diet. This week are all high carb days, with moderate protein, and minimal fat during the day. Every night I'll be having a cheat meal as well. (which will NOT be low fat)
