OFF SEASON ONCE AGAIN

Well i am done with my shows and shoots for the year. It feel great to just kick back and relax. Now im trying to come up with a good off season plan to work on some of my weaknesses. I really need to focus in hams and ass this off season. So I plan to do alot of deadlifts and good ham workouts. I guess I never stop and really have an "off season".. im always workin and trying to improve on something:)

Don't foget those lunges, glute-ham raises, and deep wide squats...should work the ol booty quite nice. Best of luck!

If you have a designated leg day, you should do hams first and then quads. I suggest doing lunges like Korjer said along with lying leg curls, romanian deadlifts, and seated leg curls
