BACKIN OFF IT

Well, I wasn't expecting to be where I want to be within 1 1/2 weeks. I started off doing 2 a days of cardio and the results came pretty fast. Im really happy with the way I look right now for what im trying to do. Ive decided to back off it a little and just maintain. I don't see any reason to be super strict when i feel ahead of the game. So I might do a healthy cheat meal like sushi. I've been having crazy cravings for sushi lately!!

I was really amazed at how fast I bounced back from my surgery. I really think the time off helped mentally and physically.

I think some forced time off can be really good. I messed my knee up a little while ago and couldn't walk for a week. It gave me time to rest, but at the same time made me want to get back at it even more. I had time to plan everything out and come back mentally stronger and more determined.
Glad everything is healing up right!
