As a “professional” personal trainer, I do my best to keep up on all the buzz in the industry. I have been asked a lot of times over the years about “Techno Training” or training on line.
CREATINE AND NO2 MISSING GAINS OR NOT
The creatine and NO2 craze… I have been a part of conducting and studying multiple studies involving various forms of creatine as well as the NO2 varieties. To sum it up, I haven’t seen any real science behind the claims…but to be honest, I hear SOO much about the gains and so on, I am considering trying them…any thoughts???

Simply out of curiosity I went to the home page of the IFBB to see what their drug policy or stance is. To my surprise, I found out that they have a very harsh anti-doping policy...
PLEASE 59 POUNDS IN 6 MONTHS COME ON
I usually do not find myself reading the “Big Name” muscle mags, as they tend to repeat and regurgitate a lot of nonsense. I was, however, recently given a copy of one of these magazines by an airline employee. One of the headlines was how one of the IFBB guys gained 59 pounds of muscle in 6 months…well, my friends, I’m confused and need help here!
