PROGRESS SO FAR IN 2008
I am so happy to report that all is going well training wise so far in 2008. My glutes are so sore I can barely sit, walk or stand for long periods of time today - LOL! It's all good though...I am in the process of building more lean muscle mass to my frame, while eating much cleaner. I hit a new PR of 620lb for 4 reps on the Leg Press last week (on day 1 of legs)and yesterday (day 2 of legs) I hit 245lbs on squat for 2 reps. Very excited I am! I am just anxiously awaiting my supplement order in the mail because I am trying so new products. In past years of training, I have experienced my "body eating my own body" whether during the night or day. I find it very hard to eat so much protein in the 16 hours I am awake on a given day. I am not a huge fan of eating period. If everything came in a nice shake, I'd love it! That said, I am going to add some instantized BCAA's and some Casein powder to my current supplement regime. Other than that, the Arnold is a mere 6 weeks away and I have a small photo shoot I am doing there (WOOT, WOOT)! So this week I will begin my "cutt'n" diet phase and head toward my "shredding" training program. Post Arnold, I will resume some more heavier training and bulk slightly more, till mid-end of April which will kick off my pre-contest mode (first comp is end of June).

did you do a glute workout or are they sore because of your (crazy heavy) leg workout? hehe. good luck!

Great supplements for you to add. When my budget is good, I take in my casein right before bed and is pumped for my workout in the morning.
