ALL PROTEIN SHAKES RAISED FOR 2008

Another year...WOW! A lot is on the horizon for me. Much of which I am exicted for, but yet nervous as hell! Striving to be the "best you can be" in all areas of your life is a big goal to set, but hopefully attainable if I remain focused and work extremly hard. This is my "debute" year on stage so I think that has me the most nervous. It's also quite exhilerating too! How can one be so excited, nervous and driven at once is beyound me. Knowing I have endured 2 back surgeries, laid down my former sport of powerlift'n only to emerge as a figure competitor is kinda funny. But none the less, a blessing I truly believe. So I go forth with mixed emotions as my journey continues to unfold. By the grace of God, may the path that lies ahead of me be one hell of a ride. Best wishes to you all for a spectacular 2008!
