Spring Fit Weekend sponsored by ABB and ON 4/4-4/7/08

This weekend I had an all women fit camp broken down to 11 hours of workouts. It was a lot of hard work followed with a strict diet regimen. We had some women as “veterans” and a couple of “newbies.” All had a common goal, to lose weight and to learn how to fuel the body properly. We had a family participant day on Sunday, April 6 where the spouses and family had there own workouts. By doing this, members of the family can see how important this event is and how serious they are about reaching their goals. This was a huge success and thank you ABB and Optimum for providing Whey Force-Vanilla Custard, Nitro Core 24-Caramel Toffee Fudge, and Steel bars-Crunchy Peanut Butter.

The ladies had 2 choice servings of protein, one in the morning and one at night. Towards the end everyone was giving a chance to try them all. I also brought my 5 lb. tub of 100% Gold Standard Whey-Cookies and Crème. I thought I will share one of my favorite whey. I also had a few packets of Pro Complex-Rich Chocolate Milk. The ladies had more than enough variety. I had brought my blender with ice as to demonstrate how I like to mix the powders at home. Whey Force-Vanilla Custard and 100% Whey-Cookies and Crème were the most requested. The ladies didn’t mind the taste of the Nitro Core 24-Caramel Toffee Crunch, however when it is blended it was not as generous in serving as the other protein. The results were shocking. Many of these ladies have seldom if ever done whey or any other form of powder protein in their diets. They were fans if not ecstatic about purchasing these proteins I have provided them to incorporate in their diets from now on. These ladies were so awesome and exceeded my expectations. The Steel Bars-Crunchy Peanut Butter was not given out until the family day. They were so grateful that ABB had provided these as they are the most popular bars in this gym right now. The trial samples are just perfect for this weekend.
